Billing, Insurance and Fees

Payments are due at the time of service. There is no cancellation fee with at least 24 hours advance notice. Missed appointments will be charged a missed session fee.

There is no charge for an initial client phone consultation, but phone consultations for ongoing clients may be billed in 10 minute increments. All face-to-face meetings are billed, as are any additional activities you request such as report writing, consultation with other professionals, preparation of records or treatment summaries or time spent on other agreed upon services.
